Full-Day Executive Emotional Trauma Release Training

A full-day physician-led training for executive and leadership teams – including deep individual work with Dr. Carolle.
Delivered at your facility | Smaller group format | The deepest level of restoration
This is the full-day version of the Executive Emotional Trauma Release Training. It includes everything in the half-day program – plus individual METRT sessions performed privately by Dr. Carolle with each participant. For organizations seeking the deepest level of leadership restoration.

The Challenge

Executive and leadership teams face unprecedented pressure. The cost is not always immediately visible, but it accumulates in the nervous system day after day.
  • Decision fatigue eroding the quality of leadership judgment
  • Chronic stress silently diminishing cognitive clarity and emotional resilience
  • Leaders performing on the outside while quietly burning out on the inside
  • Deeper emotional interference – fear of failure, residue from past crises, chronic hypervigilance – that a half-day program cannot fully address
Some leaders need more than tools. They need a release. That is what the full-day program provides.

What Your Leaders Will Learn and Experience

The Dr. Carolle Method™

DCIAM™ – Dr. Carolle’s Instant Anti-Distress Method
A 3-breath parasympathetic activation technique combining controlled breathing, mind centering, and rhythmic temple tapping. Leaders use DCIAM before high-stakes meetings, between back-to-back decisions, and during moments of acute pressure. Immediate. Deployable in 60 seconds. No equipment needed.
DCSRT™ – Dr. Carolle’s Self-Reset Technique
A self-administered acupressure technique using precise points on the face for immediate cognitive clarity and nervous system reset in 30 seconds. Use for decision fatigue, administrative overwhelm, meeting exhaustion, and tension headaches.
DCIRT™ –Dr. Carolle’s Instant Reset Technique A rapid 30-second acupressure intervention performed individually by Dr. Carolle for immediate nervous system stabilization under acute stress or pressure.
METRT – Murat Emotional Trauma Release Technique
The defining difference of the full-day program.
METRT is a 5–10 minute hands-on intervention performed individually and privately by Dr. Carolle with each participant. It removes deeper emotional interference that self-regulation tools alone cannot reach:
  • Fear of failure and chronic hypervigilance
  • Emotional residue from past crises, restructuring, or loss
  • Guilt, self-blame, and decision paralysis
  • Chronic anxiety and executive emotional shutdown
Most leaders describe the METRT session as the moment everything shifted – a sense that 20 pounds have been lifted, the ability to breathe again, and clear next steps instead of mental looping.

Full-Day Format

  • Release of deeper emotional interference that has been silently limiting performance

Why This Works

These techniques have been crisis-tested in mass trauma events with documented long-term effectiveness:
  • 2012 San Diego Mesa College: Student suicide witnessed by 20 staff members. Lead therapist confirmed results long-lasting 13 years later: “Nothing short of miraculous. It is clearly effective, long-lasting, and it sticks.”
  • 2010 Haiti Earthquake: Hundreds of survivors, first responders, and healthcare providers. Sustained effectiveness documented 15 years later.
  • 2008 Hurricane Katrina: First responders and survivors with sustained effectiveness documented 17 years later.
  • 25+ years as co-administrator of Hôpital St. Joseph in Haiti – keeping staff and patients functioning under extreme crisis conditions.

What Makes This Different

Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified physician and surgeon with over 40 years of medical experience who developed these techniques after experiencing severe burnout herself in 1999. Unable to provide the holistic care she felt her patients truly needed, she left surgery and devoted the next 26 years to developing an integrative approach grounded in Western medicine and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine – one that treats root causes, not just symptoms.
She served as Clinical Instructor and Mentor at UCSD School of Medicine for 23 years, and has led medical teams under extreme crisis conditions as co-administrator of a hospital in Haiti for over 25 years.
These are neurobiologically grounded interventions refined through real-world crisis response – not theoretical wellness programming.
