Three-Step Emotional Reset
for Physicians
Are You a Physician Who Can't Keep Doing This?
- You went into medicine to help people. Now you feel like you're drowning
- You're seeing too many patients with too little time.
- You witness death and suffering regularly without time to process.
- You feel emotionally numb... or hypervigilant or on edge.
- You work in an environment where suffering is constant.
- You've thought about leaving medicine—but that feels like failure.
- "Self-care" hasn't made a dent.
- You wake up dreading work.
- You wonder every day: "Can I keep doing this?"
Here’s What’s Actually Happening:
- You’re not burned out because you’re weak.
- You’re not failing because you’re not resilient enough.
- You’re experiencing secondary trauma.
- Every patient death you witnessed without processing.
- Every emergency where you had to stay calm while your nervous system screamed.
- Every time you delivered devastating news and then saw the next patient 10 minutes later.
- Your body has been keeping score.
- And now it’s saying: “We can’t hold any more.”
I Know Because I Lived It:
I’m Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat, MD, FACOG. In 1999, I quit surgery due to burnout. I had zero complications. Zero lawsuits. I was a successful surgeon for 19 years. But I had a panic attack that forced me to admit:
I couldn’t keep going.
Quitting felt like failure. It felt like abandoning everything I worked for. But staying would have destroyed me.
That breakdown became my breakthrough.
Over the next 26 years, I discovered:
- The powerful mind-body connection that medicine ignores
- How unresolved trauma creates physical and emotional disease
- Techniques to release what the body held for decades
- A new way to practice—and to heal
Now I help physicians who are where I was. You don’t need to leave medicine.
You don’t need to leave medicine. You need to release what medicine has put you through.
The Three-Step Emotional Reset
Step One: Preparing for Transformation
After booking your session, you'll begin your journey with a guided reflection. Please send your response at least 48 before our session.
-
Reflect on:
1. What are you seeking to resolve? (Patient deaths haunting you? Compassion fatigue? Feeling numb? Thinking of quitting?) - 2. What have you tried so far? (Therapy? Medication? Time off?)
- 3. What do you hope to accomplish during our time together? (Feel like yourself again? Process specific traumas? Decide if you can stay in medicine?)
Your reflection allows me to understand your reality deeply so that our entire time together is dedicated to healing—not intake.
Step Two: Your Deep Emotional Reset Session
You will meet me at my healing retreat in the Mount Helix-La Mesa area of San Diego, a private, peaceful space created specifically for physicians who carry too much.
During our time together, you will experience:
- IRT (Instant Reset Technique) - a rapid, instinctive method that instantly neutralizes overwhelming emotions. This is the first step in stabilizing the nervous system so healing can begin safely.
- DCIAM (Dr. Carolle Instant Antidistress Method) - a comprehensive stress-release approach that brings the mind and body back into alignment, restores emotional balance, and creates a sense of inner calm.
-
METRT (Murat Emotional Trauma Release Technique) - a deep-release process that clears long-held emotional trauma from the body, creating long-lasting emotional freedom and clarity. It allows you to think about distressing events without experiencing distress.
I use these techniques that work together in a very specific sequence. Each step prepares the next - creating a safe, grounded, and deeply effective pathway to healing.
This is not therapy.
This is not coaching.
This is deep emotional decompression for physicians who have spent years staying strong for everyone else.
Be in a place where you can:
- Release negative energies and toxic emotions
- Experience inner peace
- Harness your innate healing power
- Leave your worries behind
-
Get proper guidance
By the end of our time together, most physicians describe feeling lighter, clearer, and finally able to breath again.
