Step One: Preparation for Healing
After scheduling your session, you will begin your journey with a guided reflection. Please send your response at least 48 hours beforehand.
Reflect on:
What emotional pain or trauma is affecting you most right now?
What do you hope to release or understand
How is the experience affecting your relationships, work, health, or daily life?
What transformation do you desire?
Your responses help guide the healing session so our time together supports your deepest needs.
Step Two: Your Deep Emotional Reset Session
You will meet at my peaceful healing retreat in the Mount Helix–La Mesa area of San Diego, a private space explicitly designed for those seeking relief.
This session involves three of my signature trauma-release methods:
- 1. IRT (Instant Reset Technique). A rapid-response method that immediately neutralizes emotional overwhelm and stabilizes the nervous system.
- 2. DCIAM (Dr. Carolle Instant Antidistress Method). A powerful mind-body technique that restores grounding, clarity, and emotional balance.
- 3. METRT (Murat Emotional Trauma Release Technique). A deep but gentle somatic process that clears long-held emotional trauma from the body, allowing for long-lasting emotional freedom and peace.
This session is not talk therapy.It is not coaching.
It is a heart-centered, body-guided release process that allows emotional pain to dissolve safely and naturally.

Step Three: Integration and Reflection
Healing continues after the session.
Within 48 hours, you will write a reflection describing:
- What shifted
- What you felt
- What you understood
- What you are now ready to release
- What transformation you desire moving forward
Dr. Carolle will personally review your reflection and send insights to help deepen and solidify your emotional healing.
