Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified physician and surgeon with over 40 years of medical experience.
She is co-administrator of l’ Hôpital St. Joseph in Haiti, where she has led teams under extreme constraints and crisis conditions for over 25 years, where high-level leadership decisions carry immediate real-world consequences.
Her methods have been applied in mass-trauma environments, disaster response, institutional crises, and executive-stabilization contexts.
