Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
- Payments can be made with a check,
money order, or a Visa or
MasterCard credit
card.
- We require that you pay 50% of the
cost of the consultation/retreat at
the time of booking. The remaining
balance will be charged to your account
15 days prior to the date of your arrival.
- You also have the choice to pay the
total amount in full at the time of
booking.
- If you decide to pay by
check, your payment should be in
full and your space will not be reserved
until your check has cleared.
- We are not a contracted provider
for ANY insurance plans. It
is your responsibility to contact your
insurance company to find out if they
will cover any or all of the services
received.
- If you wish to submit a claim, we
would provide the necessary forms for
your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a cancellation fee of 25%
of the cost of the consultation/retreat
if you cancel up to 30 days prior to
the date of your arrival.
- There is a cancellation fee of 50%
of the cost of the consultation/retreat
if you cancel up to 15 days prior to
the date of your arrival.
- There will be no reimbursement
if you cancel at any time thereafter.
