Payment & Cancellation Policies 

Payment Policy

  • We require that you pay at least 50% of the cost of the consultation/retreat at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your account 15 days prior to the date of your arrival.

  • You also have the choice to pay the total amount in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made with a personal check, cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard credit card, or via Paypal.
  • If you decide to pay by check, your payment should be in full and your space will not be reserved until your check has cleared.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.

  • There is a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 7 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.

  • There will be no reimbursement if you cancel 6 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
