Appointments, Insurance Billing and Payment Policies

time to reach you as well as the type of services that you want.
Insurance Billing Policy:
We don’t have any contract with insurance companies. However, if you wish, we will furnish you a superbill (receipt) depicting the services rendered.
Please be aware that we have no way to know which services are covered within your contract.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time you make your appointment.
- Payments can be made with a personal check, cashier's check, direct transfer to our bank, Visa or MasterCard credit
card, or via Paypal. If you decide to pay by
check, your space will not be reserved
until your check has cleared.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 30 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
- There is a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
- There will be no reimbursement if you cancel within 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session or if you fail to show up for your appointment.
Please note: If we accommodate you within 15 days of your initial call, there is no reimbursement if you cancel.
