If you choose to come to our center, you will be sent driving directions.
During the session, we will:
- Review your history and all pertinent information you have;
- Ensure that you understand the pros and cons of what has been offered to you. When you have a clear picture of what you want, it will be easier to work with your other health care providers;
- Develop clear action steps that will get you desired results;
- Have a list of recommendations for your care.
