Cancellation Policy

• There is a basic cancellation fee of $100 if you cancel after you have been assigned an appointment date.
• There is a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
• There will be no reimbursement if you cancel within 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session or if you fail to keep your appointment.

If we accommodate you within 15 days of your initial call, there is no reimbursement if you cancel.
