 Can I have
intercourse while I am being treated for a yeast infection?
 I have had yeast infections in the past and I
can assure you that the thought of having sex with a yeast infection was a turn off.
Although some women will still want to have sex at that time.
I usually recommend that my patients
wait until all symptoms of irritation have disappeared, otherwise intercourse may make it
worse. Also, if intercourse takes place, a condom should be used. A yeast infection can be
given to one's partner.
